Postdoctoral Position Available at NRI, AIST, Tsukuba, Japan
(Research Theme): Development of High-performance Gas Sensors Based on
Electrical and Optoelectronic Properties of Carbon Nanotubes
for details visit:

(Tenure): One-year Starting March (or April) 2005 (extension possible
by mutual consent)

(Position): AIST Postdoctoral Research Associate

(Salary): about 300,000 yen/month, commutation allowance provided; tax
& social security insurance to be deducted

PhD degree in natural science or engineering. It is desirable for an
applicant to possess expertise in at least one of the following
- Experimental research on properties and functions of carbon
- Fabrication, properties and functions of organic thin films
- Optoelectronic properties of semiconductors, organic semiconductor,
or conjugated polymers
- Research on gas sensors
