Clinical Analyst - Cardiology
This Analyst will review clinical product complaints representing events that may have a potential clinical risk and/or are potentially Medical Device Reporting (MDR). These potentially reportable events must be promptly reviewed, evaluated, and investigated by designated clinical analysts within the customer support organization. :
* BSN and/or Degree/ License /Certification one of the cardiology specialty: CCU Nurse, Adult/ Ped Echo, Nuclear, Cath, Vascular Ultrasound. * Computer skills including MS Office * Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills * Proven organizational and time management skills * Demonstrated experience adapting to change * Strong customer service orientation, interacting with both internal and external customer
