EU information source?

hello,

I'm doing a theoretical research because of my thesis ("paradigm in
psychology"), and I realized that I urgently need a cd-rom from
IUPsyS, called "Psychology: Global resource". I can't afford to wait
for it 3-4 weeks from US, so I bought it in main german bookstore -
but they realized afterwards that it's out of stock.

I want to ask very kindly, if somebody could sell me this cd, ideally
through internet (I can provide an ftp account) - it doesn't depend
from which year.
