about Brad filing a law suit against several for malicious intentional
defamation. No one else has squat. Brad could make a fortune on what
has happened in this newsgroup. The people in the field are corrupt and
so is the field. That has been both proven and demonstrated.
In fact, Brad or one of his pals, made a brief but cogent argument that
the official policies of the Amer. Psychological Association, coupled
with the behavior of psychologists, show many psychologists are INSANE
by the legal definition. And, that is the only way Brad would not
get money in any court of law -- that is, if all the psychologists involved

FOR YEARS!!).
The police officials see the forgeries, the harassment, and they actually
have in their possession one of the major instruments of harassment
(Peter Hood's "cd"). No complaints to police about "disrespecting a
'science'" will carry much weight in comparison to real illegal behavior
that has been committed against Brad.

The accused has the right to a face to face confrontation with his
accuser(s).
When asked how the PI was made aware of such items, the PI would have to
disclose his client, YOU.
PI's do not have protection under the client protection rule.
Therefore, failure to disclose the client's name will result in him going to
jail for contempt of court and the defendant to go free.
Officers have spent time in jail for refusing to name informants.
As the PI has no personal interest in the situation, why would he not name

That really is not necessary in a civil matter. Courts prefer it,
sure. However attorneys can deal with the civil matters easily and
efficiently, outside of testimony. If no testimony is needed, no
appearence is needed.
