International Self Care Day

Tonight I took some extra olanzapine, but I don't expect that
that will affect my magical/religious beliefs. I won't
take any extra divalproex.

Happy Pioneer Day (July 24), which is a holiday celebrated by
Mormons and others in Utah. And perhaps it can be related
to my mystic stuff in that the 568 aliens (now merged
into ghuman species group) in 55 habitats behind the sun
are refugees and pioneers.

july 24 is also International Self Care Day, and
perhaps I will do some yoga asanas for the first
time in a long time.

instead of buying liquor , i buy nyquill
cause it's 80 proof just like liquor , but
nyquill makes me feel squzzier and i like that
