American political radical with accountable political history in
need of medical attention and under attack by New York City State
and Federal Authorities seeks intervention and offers of political
asylum.

All serious offers of assistance by legitimate official sources will
be considered.

Applicant is currently challenging the government as a whole on
questions regarding issues related to civil rights, due process,
freedom of speech under State, Federal, and International law and in
desperate need of medical attention due to extreme health concerns
and life threatening circumstance.

Applicant suffers form migraines, dietary, nervous disorder; and
psychological mistreatment abuse and torture as definable under
International law while under surveillance by U.S. Intelligence.
