no, but _time bubbles_ are under the influence of gravity and do not
remain where they are created. This way, time bubbles can move and pop up
everywhere. They can even encapsulate a house and speed up or slow down
time in that house. We all know the expressions time stood still or time
flies. This is not out of the blue but the result of this time bubbles.
