I figured out how to endorse free speech 100%.
All contractual agreements upheld in court of law must be signed and clearly titled "CONTRACT".
To place orders over the phone we can use faxes to verify with the signature but to free our mouths from
contractual obligation we must delegate the pen. Escrow works on another type of contractual obligation,
you trust the escrow service and if you don't put up your side of the deal everything is returned to the
owners.
That just leaves threats and demeaning comments, you can no longer be charged for verbal abuse or
extortion, to get around this is simple, you can still issue retraining orders on people for verbal
attacks, a restraining order does not mean the person commited a crime, but if he breaks the restraining
order that is a crime. Therefore if you threaten a guy, he gets a restraining order and
you_get_one_chance, do it again and you go to prison and freedom of speech is still 100% unamended.
We can ditch TMs and intellectual property rights too, patents can all be lodged at www.patent.gov and
increased from 20 to 50 years, there's hardly any new technology anyway its all discovered already. Fast
absorption into the mainstream products like movies and songs can have lower intellectual property rights
proportional to the absorption rate. Eg. a song is only big for 6 months so 2 years after a CD is released
it should be public domain, software 5 years so we can all copy Window 2000 today!, movies 3 years then you
can bootleg all you want! Free the filesharers, .COM is the only intellectual timeless monopoly, TMs are
just copouts if you don't have your .COM resolved by now then your TM wasn't early enough.
And condoms should be free! celebacy preachers should be shot, hard enough as it is!

"going" is English for "trying" which is a Latin French English mutt.
If it's not a crime, they're not criminals. Suggestions,
entertainment, storytelling, and comparisons are fine, but literal
biblicalish conflations are a no-no.
