No light is arriving. If it was from the Earth
that light would be circular with the shadow
inside... circular by Earth atmosphere...

Why is the Moon glowing a color where
it should not?

But it is red. And there is no good reason.
The atmosphere would form a ring with
the Earth shadow inside.

If the red came from the Earth atmosphere it
should be blue... why would it not be blue?

You've already been told the answer.
The moon is made out of green cheese and green cheese glows red in the
dark, not blue. If it glowed blue it would be blue cheese.

Well, obviously, there *is* a solution. You can look up during an
eclipse and see the red moon. If there wasn't a solution, you wouldn't
see that, would you.

Don't confuse "there is no solution" with "Mitch Raemsch is too stupid

And yet, despite all of your bluster, the moon *is* reddish during a total lunar eclipse, right there in the sky for anyone to confirm for themselves!
