As far as most basic item of which everything else is a manifestation,
I consider it to be

Mass its unit being 1 Abian

Probably everything else could be expressed in units of Mass.
However, to accomplish this, most probably an extraordinary
insight is required. I don't know as yet how to define "distance"
conveniently in terms of Mass - but I cannot rule it out that it
cannot be so done.

TIME, as I have suggested could be expressed in terms of Mass as:

T = A m^2 in Abian units (A is the inverse of the Mass of Cosmos)

How much is an Abian unit ? It would depend on the international agreement.

Example: 1 Abian could be taken as the Mass of the Entire Cosmos
For more convenience,

100000^100000 Abians could be taken as the Mass of the Cosmos.

Is the unit of Mass conserved over time?
When Abian eats a meal, does the Mass of the Universe diminish?
When Abian goes to shit, how does the velocity of my car change?
During Abian's hair cut, does time run slower or faster?
Is the change in rate of time local, restricted to that barber-shop,
or universal?

I, on the other hand, believe that everything is a manifestation of
cheese. Prove me wrong?

BTW naming things after yourself is bad manners.

Abian != Einstein

You are probably right.
Proof of any kind is beyond my limited abilities.
But what kind of cheese?
The same as the moon?
And when the cheese goes mouldy what happens to the universe?
