Aunt Al had a watch.
There once was a plane with a watch measuring time dilation,
coincidentaly both the plane and satelitte travelled at the same speed
around the Earth.
As Aunt Al sat on her tuffet Satellite, sooner or later that Satellite
started to spin at the same frequency as her orbit around the Earth
(Tidal Acceleration/Deceleration).
Aunt Al then remarked her watch stopped giving the proper time and
also revolved at the same frequency as the satellite.
The old gal couldn't understant that it's harder to force a satellite
to spin then it is for a tiny watch on a satellite or in the plane
beside them.

deceleration and it works even on round objects incuding satellites,
watches and atomic watches.
