Does special relativity deals with light frames? I am looking for
references with such approach. I don't mean here in the limit of light
speed, I mean exactly at light speed.

No. "Frames" are associated with measurement systems, and
"interesting" measurement systems are tied, eventually, to a center-of-
momentum. This prevents relative velocities of said frames from more
than asymptotically approaching c. (as I understand it.)
