The first item in Einstein's FBI file, in 1932, argues that
Einstein should not be allowed into the United States.

The core of these reports is the allegation that Einstein had cooperated
with
the communists and that his address (or “office”) had been used from
1929 to 1932
as a relay point for messages by the CPG (Communist Party of Germany,
KPD),
the Communist International and the Soviet Secret Service. The ultimate
aim of
these investigations was, reportedly, to
revoke Einstein’s United States citizenship
and banish him.

Prior to 1933 the Comintern and other Soviet Apparate were very
active in gathering intelligence information in the Far East. Many
International Communist functionaries were stationed in Shanghai
and Canton [. . . ]. One means of communication used by these per-
sons to contact Central Headquarters in Moscow was through the use
of telegrams. However, these telegrams, which were always in code,
were never sent directly to Moscow, but were sent to Agents in other
countries, [. . . ] where they were re-copied and forwarded to telegram
addresses in Berlin. One of these addresses was the office of Ein-
stein.

Persons who are known to have used Einstein’s address or who were
aware of the fact that Einstein’s address was being used are Richard
Grosskopf, Adolf Sauter, Friedrich Burde, Wilhelm Bahnik, Johannes
Liebers, Wilhelm Zaisser, Karl Hans Kippenberger, Alfred Kattner, Wil-
helm Wloch, Dr. Guenther Kromrey, and Herrmann Duenow. Of these the
only persons known to be alive are Grosskopf, Sauter, Zaisser, Wloch,
Kromrey and Duenow. The others were either executed, are missing, or
died in Spain.
Einstein was closely associated with the ‘‘Klub der Geistesar-
beiter’’ and was very friendly with Fritz Eichenwald, Dr. Bobeck,
1040
Dr. Caro, Dr. Hautwermann
1041
and Dr. Kromrey, who were all members of
the Club and who later became agents of the Soviets. Also associated
with this Club were the two Fuchs brothers, both of whom were stu-
dents at that time. One of the Fuchs brothers worked for the Communist
Party MD and in 1934 was associated with the Abwehr Apparat of the
Landesleitung Berlin-Brandenburg.
1042
He left Germany in 1934 or 1935
for Switzerland. The other Fuchs brother was Klaus Fuchs, who was as-
sociated with Apparat Klara
1043
and worked with Fritz Burde, and later
with Wilhelm Bahnick. Klaus Fuchs was recently jailed in England for
giving the Soviets A-Bomb information

"Technological progress frequently results in more unemployment rather
than in an easing of the burden of work for all.
The profit motive, in conjunction with competition among capitalists, is
responsible for an instability in the accumulation and
utilization of capital which leads to increasingly severe depressions.
Unlimited competition leads to a huge waste of labor, and
to that crippling of the social consciousness of individuals which I
mentioned before.

This crippling of individuals I consider the worst evil of capitalism.
Our whole educational system suffers from this evil.
An exaggerated competitive attitude is inculcated into the student, who
is trained to worship acquisitive success as a preparation for his
future career.

I am convinced there is only one way to eliminate these grave evils,
namely through the establishment of a socialist economy, accompanied by
an educational system which would be oriented toward social goals. In
such an economy, the means of production are owned by society itself and
are utilized in a planned fashion. A planned economy, which adjusts
production to the needs of the community, would distribute the work to
be
done among all those able to work and would guarantee a livelihood to
every man, woman, and child. The education of the individual, in
addition to
promoting his own innate abilities, would attempt to develop in him a
sense of responsibility for his fellow men in place
of the glorification of power and success in our present society." -

You cunt. The point of technological progress is *not* to ease anyone's "burden
of work." Technological progress *might* alleviate some workers' work burden,
but that is *not* the point of achieving technological progress.

You stupid cunt.

Yes, and what is the news? The book has been out for years,
and there is already a revised edition.
<https://www.amazon.com/Einstein-File-Updated-Against-Scientist-ebook/dp/B07BNXRNVQ/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3SKZDE458HYYM&keywords=The+Einstein+File%3A+The+FBI%27s+Secret+War+Against+the+World%27s+Most+Famous+Scientist&qid=1662118155&s=books&sprefix=the+einstein+file+the+fbi%27s+secret+war+against+the+world%27s+most+famous+scientist%2Cstripbooks-intl-ship%2C128&sr=1-1>

It nicely illustrates the anti-semitsm that was near standard
among 'patriotic' Americans.
German Nazis were happy about it too:
pretending to be able to testify against Einstein
got some of them an entrance visa to the USA.

J. Edgar Hoover was just plain crazy about it,

200 pages of that crap?... Jesus have some sense. You want us to read
200 pages of that first-rate crap in this wonderful three-day weekend
that follows this wonderful evening?

Dream on, Starmaker.

You"s" sure have strange tastes.

Why don't you ever read and talk about something that provokes thinking
about more important matters for a change.

There are a bunch of true top scientists in various fields who've left
works for laymen to read. Very thought-provoking and informative works.

They were so successful in selling them to people like you that they
ruined their own children's lives, giving them the impression that they
could also do what their parents did, but this time just to make money!
There are quite a number of such children.

Those "parents" were THAT successful. But it was because they left
jewels for the laymen to read and ponder, not because themselves were
children of top scientists carrying their surnames.

Well he was one among many others who died by those radioactive party
punches that they served to a whole generation of top scientists in
mid-1950s. "Polonium" punches! They got them literally wiped off in the
course of one or two years. So many of them. Von Neumann, Einstein,
Lawrence, ...

You"s" concerns were avenged :-)

Szilard escaped those polonium-laced drinks for a few more years only
because he never stayed too long in any party. He'd show up fast (in
just about any party on the face of the earth) and as soon as he'd
figure the crowd out as a bunch of Bozos, he'd quickly leave!

Polonium caught him at last in about 5 years. But he probably hadn't
taken in enough of the drink. He got sick from it but somehow recovered.
He must've taken a sip or two, leaving the rest on a table and shooting
out of the party :)

At last they induced heart attack in him. CIA in those years had a
cigarettes pack sized device that shot tiny dissolvable capsules into
the enemy's body. The victim would only feel a mosquito bite. These
capsules contained cobra snake poison, which kills you by heart attack
in a few hours or half a day.

I think you"s" like-minded folks did him in that way :)
