Higgs boson.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Higgs_boson
and
http://cosmiclog.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2008/09/10/1357334.aspx
It is the only Standard Model particle not yet observed.
An experimental observation of it would help to explain
how otherwise massless elementary particles cause matter to have
mass.
Question:
How can “ The law of conservation and transformation
energy/ mass” be keeping if the mass was zero before?

Best wishes.

it is very simple :
'no mass no real physics !!!'
they are not going to find any Higgs Boson
(unless they will cheat about 'finding)

xxein: Agreed. Then we must develop a theory that can handle it all
with some sort of ease.
Guess what? We can do that if we didn't have belief tendencies.

nice!!
at least one person here agree with me ! (:-)

a method of renormalization ", a method
" to sweep the dust under the carpet and so
they solved this problem.
But what process is really connected with
the " method of renormalization "?
this is problem of The law of conservation and transformation energy/
mass any thoughts
Renormalization potentially occurs due to a problem with integration
sums. If mass does oscillate, the certain sums would have alternating
sign terms and lead to a finite sum, instead of this normalized
infinite sum. I say mass oscillates, and any phase miss match can also
explain EM theory too.
I can think of no reason mass would not oscillate. The prefered
argument is that such oiscillation would lead to momentum violations,
but why can't momentum oscillate too!! If mass is a wave Then the
oscillation is an edge on rotation, and so magnitude of mass is always
constant, so DON'T worry about failure of conservation rules.
As I said before 8D relativity. From what I understand mass field
would be physical mass, and mass flux would be something else? ? ?
As APL language, (or J) would have it -/x is much nicer in the limit
than +/x, and converting a +/x into a -/(-/x) may be a valid method of
integration avoiding the poles of a function, and increasing the
anulus of convergence.
Any one know of a good book on tensor analysis, 'cos I should get back
upto cristchoffel et al in the near future.
cheers

When oscillation occurs this would explain why photonic propagation
displays the properties as booth particle and wave.

i dont know about how the existing methematical
equations have to be corrected
but you should know first of all
that it is first of all a physics understanding!
and knowlwdge
amthematics in physics should come
only after the physics insights !!!
so the best insight heee is :
no mass no real physics !!
that should be the satrt key !!
and mind you it is a very simple law of physics
introduced by me .
that can save a lot of ball boglings
and save a huge waist of time
and human resoureces
and lead to real advance
instead of the 'stuck in the mud' existing situation
not to mention be huge waist like
looking for Higgs Bosons etc etc

osciation can be
circular motion as well
and then no such prioblems as you mentioned

i would say a hybrid motion
of linear plus circular
a hellix motion for instance

Maybe a better understanding of rest mass and kinetic mass would be
more appropriate
============================
To understand the behavior of whale you need ocean .
To understand the behavior of elephant you need savanna.
The question is:
“In which frame of reference you want to explain
and understand the rest mass of particle? “
==================================
ok I see yes, but can a photon have mass at the state of rest or only
at the point of accelleration. or both
======================
Does photon have finite or zero rest mass?
1.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rest_mass
When the system as a whole is at rest, the invariant mass is
equal to the total energy of the system divided by c2, which
is equal to the mass of the system as measured on a scale.
If the system is one particle, the invariant mass may
also be called the rest mass.
It means that photon as real particle must have rest mass (m=E/ c^2.)
2.
When physicists decided ( for the reason c= 1) that photon must
have zero mass rest ( m= 0 ) they were wrong. Because this was
classical/ mechanic point of view. And the particles of microworld
subordinate to laws of Quantum theory.
3.
But still now physicists use only mechanic of Quantum’s laws.
There isn’t philosophy of Quantum theory.
In his 1997 book ” The End of Certainty” Nobel Laureate
Ilya Prigogine wrote:
"The more we know about our universe, the more difficult
it becomes to believe in determinism."
and
“ The quantum paradox is real nightmare for classic mind ”
To his book ” Quantum theory “ ( published in 2002 )
John Polkinghorne took epigraph:
I think I can safely say that nobody understands
quantum mechanics. / Richard Feynman /
And in the chapter 6, part “ Quantum hype”, page 92
he wrote: “Quantum theory is certainly strange and surprising,…”
Etc…….
============..
there is just one kind of mass
and it is conserved
in growing velocity it is not mass that inflates
F/Gamma) = m a
and m remains constant
time and length might be changed by their very
experimentaly
*being measured * act!! in different frames
