Question about the formation of Macro Objects and what they are called?

Like a Plasma Tornado?

Electrons in the magnetosphere, closely packed together, spiraling around a
magnetic field line from pole to pole. Surrounded by Protons, closely
packed together, attracted by the electrons, spiraling in the opposite
direction from the electrons, along the same magnetic field line, from pole
to pole. Balanced like a molecule, but much larger, electrons in the
middle, protons spiraling around?

Or, possibly reversed, protons in the middle, with electrons spiraling
around? Is this the more reasonable configuration? Like a molecule, protons
in the middle electrons orbiting? The more reasonable case?

Is it possible?

What's the proper name for a Plasma Tornado?

Noctilucent Cloud.

Would Plasma Tornado hitting the atmosphere possibly look like this?

An ice crystal cloud being sucked up into a plasma tornado?

Or, water, which forms both positive and negative ions?

Much speculation :-), Speculation encouraged :-), even criticism.

A Flux Rope, Large Plasma Object.

A Flux Rope, my speculation below is out to lunch. Days of looking, lots of
papers about leaves, twigs and branches describing tiny little bits of a
Flux Rope, but not many trees. Here is the best one that I found so far on
the web, one that doesn't look at the tree with a microscope.

I found this one to be really interesting, a big current grounding to the
atmosphere with burst of ion flow in it, then flowing back up. Is that how
the Oxygen get transported up and out?

Anyone have an other good online favorite papers on Earth type Flux Ropes at
a tree level? Or, even a really good twig or leaf level type paper?

Speculation starting again. So what is this, an little bit of tight, compact
aurora moving about? The remnants of a flux rope much further south of
where they usually occur? Or, the other way around, the beginnings of a
flux rope heading north? Or something else?
