hoped that Dr Schleich can able to further explain the decision I
received (see http://groups.google.ru/group/sci.physics.electromag/browse_thread/thread/804677ab91d6ca89#).
However, to make matter worse Optics Communications again rejected my
NEW paper without peer reviewing. The nonsense is in progress. Stefan
Maier, Pat Satrjeenpong wrote: “The rejection of an article by one of
the Editors should generally be regarded as a final decision and the
conclusion of the review process.” But “Difference Between Spin and
Orbital Angular Momentum” (SM-220) is a NEW paper (see
http://khrapkori.wmsite.ru/ftpgetfile.php?module=files&id=7). No
Editors rejected this paper!
Now I see an alternative. Either they do not read papers or we face a
crime related with conflict of interests.
