Proposal for a certification system based on mode quality (mode of goodness, mode of passion and mode of ignorance) and transcendental

Films in England carry an age based certification, however there is
not any age-free certification system covering only the content's mode
quality (goodness, passion or ignorance) and transcendental. This is
commercial nepotism where the film industry, the certifying group or
government salient-resources dictates / defends to the public with the
policy "It is all good" (on the supply area) / "arts" by saying only
the viewers age matters and it's up to the individual non-salient
resources to decide the mode quality (goodness, passion or ignorance)
and transcendental for themself. As a result this belittles the
quality measure that is much needed. Furthermore more low quality
(mode of ignorance) content films across the board are produced and
this contributes to social ills. The mode of ignorance thus has not
faced any/much competition from better modes. Films are one example,
however mode quality (goodness, passion or ignorance) and
transcendental can be applied to all products, services and living
entities etc.

A certification system based on mode quality (mode of goodness, mode
of passion and mode of ignorance) and transcendental will provide a
better choice system across all products, services and living entities
etc from start (development) to the finish and also implement
improvements. The mode qualities (goodness, passion or ignorance) and
transcendental, their categorising is a science Prabhupada brings to
everyone.
