Hi guys!

I'm looking for a "meeting planner" software which works like this:

1- You enter all your members
2- You enter all your member's availability
3- You enter all your meetings
4- You enter which member take part of each meeting
5- And the software, according to the member's availability, plans every (or
almost) meetings.

Any idea?

(BTW, if this give you the idea to write the software and sell it, I would
like to be on the beta testers team! ;-) )

Thanks

VB

Hi Vincent,
some years ago I've written such a program (under Windows), unfortunatelly
(for you) it's in german. It is part of the PLT package, which can be
downloaded from my website. Have a look at
http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~luta/plt/kalender.html for a screenshot of the
program. In the displayed example there is a line
"Mueller frueh" (which would be the availability of member 1) and a line
"Maschine 1 und 2 frei" (which would be the availability of member 2). The
line "Mueller frueh auf 1 und 2" was calculated and represents the
intersection (this is when a meeting of the 2 members could take place). If
you want to try the program, I strongly recommend, you translate the
helpfile (for instance with AltaVista Babelfish), otherwise you will
probably not be able to use it.
Regards,
Lutz Tautenhahn.

Hi Lutz.

Thanks for your reply. I'll get into that in two or three weeks, passing
each topic in the translater!

I need that kind of software, so I'll learn German! ;-)

Thanks
