Anyone doing ESR or NMR with STM's?

I have been thinking of constructing an STM in order to perform some
experiments with electron spin resonance (ESR) or nuclear magnetic
resonance (NMR). I have done some literature searches and come up with
some journal articles on ESR-STM, but none on NMR-STM. (I have seen
references to some successful NMR-AFM work, but only on imaging a rather
large area). Has anyone attempted NMR-STM successfully on an atomic scale?
