Tactical necessities in Iraq

must "bring around" to the new way of thinking and peaceful living:
1) Implement (by force if necessary) a nationwide program in Iraq of
barcoding ID numbers on the foreheads of every Iraqi
2) Robotic and semi-autonomous aircraft (Predator, Global Hawk, et al)
patrol reguarly -- I.R. sensors detect any warm body and unless an
encrypted radio transmission is received (identifying the contact as a
friendly US soldier), laser scanners scan the forehead barcode and thus
can effectively track the movements of all Iraqis. Using current
technologing of neurological data mining and trend analysis, potential
saboteurs, terrorists, militants, etc can be identified and immediate
feedback transmitted to these robot aircraft to destroy these targets.
3) Construct hermetic seals around occupied territories. No organic
life forms should be allowed to pass through without proper pre-
authorization.
4) Nanotechnology has a fascinating realm of possibilities in this. The
entire middle-eastern population can be "infected" with a dormant
nanotechnology that can be called to "act" by remote control (and even
isolated to specific individuals or population groups). A simple
implementation would be mere instant death but there are very
interesting possibilities with turning targets into robotic "zombies"
(for lack of a better term) who can be directed to whatever action is
necessary for the tactical purposes of command and control at the time.
Nanotech GPS tracking is another interesting option. The possibilities
are quite endless!
An example scenario:
Subject Abdul decides that he wants to go blow up some babies and old
people and goes to Hamid's camel-dung hut in search of explosives. He
mounts his camel and begins the 70 day ride (because he gets lost and
ends up in Saudi Arabia and has to turn around, only to find that he
fucked up again and is in Yemen) to cover the twenty mile journey.
During this time, his movement is immediately captured by Global Hawk
surveillance planes and fed into US Central Command databanks which are
then uploaded to CIA HQ in Langley. His friend Hamid's behavior has
also been tracked and immediately a correlation is found between the two
and arms trafficking. A "Flag" is set on Abdul and within minutes it is
determined that he is a terrorist threat. Predator UAV's are scrambled
to intercept Abdul and do so within minutes, vaporizing him with
Hellfire missles. Alternatively, the nanobots present in Abdul's brain
could be remotely commanded to take over and force Abdul to dispatch
Hamid and his family of 37 wives and children.
Well, just imagining the possibilities of these technologies makes me
extremely excited! Nay-sayers go on about how these "terrorists" can
never be brought to heel but clearly they just lack imagination and are
uninformed about current military technology.
Indeed, Iraq will continue supplying US oil needs for the forseeable
future, and for those Iraqis who love freedom and democracy, they will
be able to enjoy a very comfortable and quiet existance. But OH DEAR
for those evil-doers who would wish harm on American soldiers or
innocent civillians, or who would continue to sabotage the necessities
of life for THEIR FELLOW IRAQI CIVILLIANS by bombing ELECTRICITY and
WATER facilities, or who would seek to prevent the progression of their
entire country into joining the world economy by blowing up oil
facilities and pipelines!! These sad sops will be quickly dealt with.
