Did the US planned the war with Russia, by training and equiping
Georgian Army?
The answer is YES with Israel support.

You idiot! US did not plan any war with Russia! :)

The answer is NO. Because the US has business so many other places
that trying to start a war with Russia while also doing those things
would be beyond idiotic. Especially with the Russian supplies the US
and Iraqis and Afghans have bought over the last few years.

Israel is even more pinned down elsewhere, and has enough concerns
without honking off Russia.

I don't see how the US' equipping Georgia was responsible for
starting the war. Let alone how Israel got into it.

The Russians had a major exercise just before this, and had to have
planned such a major operation for such a short notice. Either they
provoked it, or their intelligence is very good, or both.

These exercises have become pretty much an annual tradition to warn off
Georgians. I'm not sure why holding one this year was somehow a big deal
as such. As for Saakashvili, he's still in power and I haven't seen any
evidence that Russians tried to kill him, or attempted to conquer Tbilisi.

Didn't the 'then' Soviets invade Georgia in 1921? Silly russians never
learn.
