The Trump U scandal is spinning out of control.

Ya know the state of NY has all kinds of laws
and regulations an institution must meet in
order to call themselves a 'University'.

Trump Univ didn't even try to meet any of them
it was a scam from day one, typical scam where
they rape as many customers as they can before
the law can catch up with them and shut them
down. And today saying the judge can't be
fair because his parents were Mexican.

He's an embarrassment to the nation.

however, I am beginning to lose faith. The time window in which they
must act to raise a viable candidate is closing rapidly. I sense a
general consensus among republicans that Trump is a big loser in the

Butthead meet Godzillia. Whether they nominate Trump or go with some
last minute "hail Mary" born out of desperation, it sounds like the
GOP's goose is pretty well cooked in this election cycle; I doubt that
they will ever mount an effective challenge to the Clinton machine.

It's a shame, really. I'm not sympathetic to the 'baggers at all;
however, unrestrained liberals aren't my idea of a good government,
either. It looks like we're going to make a sharp turn to the left
because Trump came along at just the wrong time; he reminds me of "the
Mule" character in the *Foundation Trilogy*. Over 70% of the
congressional seats up for reelection are republican and,
historically, when a presidential candidate craters, he takes a few
congressional seats with him into the abyss. Also, the president we
elect this cycle will nominate at least two SCOTUS justices and
possibly a third should she be reelected in '20. The republicans will
*wish* they'd taken Garland when they find out what Hillary will barf
up!

(Jun. 7, 2016) — Before getting into the racially-challenged Judge
Curiel, here is a brief history of La Raza for those who are, yet,
unfamiliar with the organization. I started writing about La Raza (and
MEChA) in 2006. Both of these are virulent racist anti-white
organizations that want to have US land ceded to Mexico, will effect
riots and all manner of violence to do so and have gotten a pass from
the current administration. Instead, Obama appointed former Head of La
Raza Cecilia Munoz to 2 positions in his White House…that of Director of
Intergovernmental Affairs and the position she currently maintains as
the Director of the White House Council. Munoz has been with the
ObamaGov since it began in January 2009. She wields a great deal of
power and is, arguably, one of the strongest racists in his administration.

The Southwest Council of La Raza (SWCLR) was founded in 1968 and with
funding from—amongst others—the leftist Ford Foundation, it quickly
became the National Council of La Raza (NCLR). La Raza means “The Race”
and it began as a Mexican-specific organization. The group’s motto is
“Everything for The Race. Outside The Race…Nothing!” La Raza is a
hard-line Marxist organization and it openly expresses hatred for white
people. Even Marxist Cesar Chavez talked against the group when he
commented “I hear more and more Mexicans talking about la raza—to build
up their pride. Some people don’t look at it as racism, but when you say
‘La Raza,’ you are saying an anti-gringo thing, and it won’t stop there.
Today it’s anti-gringo, tomorrow it will be anti-Negro. We had a stupid
guy who just wanted to play politics with the union, and he began to
whip up La Raza against the white volunteers, and even had some of the
farm workers and the pickets and the organizers hung up on La Raza. So I

things that way, then you’ll have to get rid of us.’ You have to speak
out immediately, the first time.”

Judge Curiel is a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association.
Most of these attorney groups claim they have “no affiliation with
NCLR). However, they seem to follow the same tenets as the national
group, including but, not limited to support for illegal immigrants
(specifically Mexican, Latino, Hispanic) entering the USA.

Continuing to flout US law, Judge Curiel, also, gave US school
scholarships to Mexican illegal aliens. An Obama-appointed judge who
won’t obey laws he doesn’t like. Hmmm. Sound familiar? And
Gotnews.com has searched naturalization records but could find none
showing that Curiel’s parents who migrated from Mexico were ever US
citizens.

Yes, folks. It appears Mr. Trump is correct. And who is the real
racist? To me…it certainly doesn’t appear to be Trump.

turned to other tactics. Friends told me FBI agents had approached them

brother of Ben Davis, Jr. To underline the absurdity of it all, some of
those later accused as Communists suspected I was "an FBI plant" trying

University of Hawaii. For the most part, they were from California, with
a few from as far away as Maine and Florida. In addition there were
others from South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, Canada, the
Caribbean, Samoa, Tonga, and the other islands of the South Pacific.
Hippies were still numerous, but the majority I thought of as members of
the Now Generation. My relationships and experiences were so interesting
and fantastic I detailed them, along with my three trips to the mainland
in 1973 and 1974 to read my poetry, in a separate tome entitled "That
Incredible Waikiki Jungle."
What immediately impressed me about these young Americans, by far the
numerical majority and most of them meeting for the first time in
Hawaii, was their warm camaraderie and my ability to communicate on
their own terms with no hint of a generation gap. Virtually all the
young brothers consorted with ofay chicks (at least 80 percent of them
longhaired blondes), and the sisters were affiliated with white boys.
Occasionally a brother, a honky lad, and two white girls rented quarters
together. Young blacks in bountiful Afros and wearing dashikis crashed
in pads rented by ofays they never knew before; occasionally I permitted
young white girls to sleep overnight on my floor. I saw no signs of
racial hangups; these were all members of the Now Generation associating
with whom they liked and color be damned. (Davis, Livin' the Blues, pp.

When I was checking out the guy who wrote the nonsense about President Obama,
there were links to unbelievable websites filled with lies and hate. I can see
