During those periods when the pain was the most intense
(epididymitis/orchitis) I always found relief by soaking in the hot tub.
Does this bring you relief?

I have found something that works quite well...After visiting many
urologists
and almost going broke on antibiotics I started tinkering around with
natural remedies and found a regiment that really works...I hope it helps
you the same
as me...What a relief...

1) I have eliminated all caffeine(soda, coffee, even some aspirins), and yes
my favorite
beer and wine...

2) I take 6 de-oderized garlic pills a day (2 in am, 2 at lunch, 2 at
bedtime) these
are usually in the 300mg form.

3) 60 mg of zinc

4) Vitamin A(15,000) i.u non-oily helps the body absorb the zinc.

5) 5000mg of Time released Vitamin C.

6) Hot garlic half baths (hotter the better) use garlic oil usually in
softgel form
put 6 - 8 in bath tub.

7) Saw Palmetto & Pygeum Extract(herbal complex) 1 in morning
1 in evening.

8) Echinacea & Golden seal(comes in 1 pill) 1 in morming
1 in evening.

9) Plenty of Cranberry Juice.

I cannot stress enough that the caffeine and alcohol is a killer on this
and if you want to go back to normal these things must go for good....
