A couple of times, when the pain (orchitis/epididymitis) was at its worst I
would have a terrible "pinching" pain at the base of my penis. It feels
like my penis is going to be pinched off. My doctor said that it is
probably bladder spasms/sympathy pains. Today that pain is mildly acting
up and just waiting to become more severe.
