The pain has now gone from
"feeling like somebody is kicking me in the right testicle"
to "feeling like somebody is STANDING on my right testicle".
And I have already had my right testicle removed!
The doctor is out of ideas.
The urologist is out of ideas.
The neurologist said it is not a problem with the nerves.
They are going to send me to a pain clinic
and telling me I need to learn to live with it.

Desperation is setting in.
Any guesses???

Has anybody explored the concept of "referred pain" ? You know
how sometimes you feel pain in one area and the problem is
actually in another? I guess, as sort of an example, if my testes
are squeezed, I feel pain in my side, or lower back. Could it be
there is trauma or infection somewhere near that location, or
another, causing pain to be perceived as coming from the
testicle?

I'm not a medical professional. Just a thought.

This is really terrible, but I have found that if I take vicodin and
daypro at the same time, it really helps with pain. It makes me sick as
hell, but it does cut down the pain.

Then there is always the ice up the butt method. That works real well
for me.

These things are only for pain control of course - but sometimes I
believe that is all there is.

Good luck - if you come up with any other creative ways to control the
pain, please post it. I am always looking for better things to try.

Jonathan.
