I've been in incredible pain for 3 weeks since the Skybuck's SuperPC 2023 component videos...

Something very strange has happened to me since filming the PC components while sitting on the edge of my chair for 90 minutes and bending over to get the pc component and hold them up in the air to show them on video.

The paylist can be seen here:

My theory/hypothesis is that a level effect happened on the tail bone of my back/butt.

I think the force of the lever effect my have caused internal damage:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lever

I have never heard of such a damage/death. I have only heard of a russian man getting kicked under his ass and dieing from it in a new store.

I am worried that I am going to die as well long term...

Because I can barely piss and I can not truely take a shit... it's just stuck and the mussles don't react...

I wonder if there is maybe some 3D medical simulation software that could simulate my postures on the chair and predict what kind of damage this could have done ?

There was also a bulge under my ass/butt while sleeping because my mother bought a cover over the matress which was to wide... it crept up into my butt, not sure if that also caused a strange lever ever.

I've been mostly in bed for 3 weeks combatting pain, lieing on my left side and my right side.

I think I also ripped my butt mussles on the upper back so that is why I was lieing on my left and right side mostly and continue to do so.

Right now I am sitting on a chair with couchen under it... still in pain... but maybe the internet can help me.

Once a woman said to my mother over touching a photograph of me with my blond locks, this man/boy has vision/psychic. At first I didn't believe it...

But usually I do have visions or images of the future... but since I have had this misfortune I don't really see a future anymore, just blackness or no image at all. Is it's just me or is also the war with ukraine/russia ?! I am worried about it.

Anyway if you have advise, information, experience, medical insight, software that could help diagnose this problem better I am all ears.

One more thing I also have or had a hernia at L4/L5 ?! This might also have gotten a little tick while I turned my back it's also on camera I think.

However I can walk, sit up straight, bent over, pick things from floor, so it doesn't really seem like the hernia is in that bad shape... in the past I could not move at all but currently I seem to be able to move.

The tip of the tailbone hurt, as well as the medium part and also the upper part.

My body also makes weird movements like it wants my bottom to thrust forward... strange...

I leave you with a link to the lever effect a phenemenon from physics:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lever

I believe my body, upper part, lower part, tailbone may have created some kind of lever situation where it may have caused damage to nerves near my tailbone or inside of it, or even fractured, broken or twisted the tail bone.

I will try to order an MRI scan on tuesday 2023 if I don't feel better and the issue persists.

The crazy thing is the doctor wants me to order it myself and their website is locked behind SMS codes and I don't have a mobile phone, which is kinda stupid. I will try a free mobile phone number, but first also confront them with this... maybe they can send the order form via e-mail inside of this silly locked up website.

I will also ask questions from meditta mri centrum in the netherlands to judge how good their mri scanners are, I am particularly interested in the resolution.

I have had one mri scan some years ago and I found some software to process the 3D voxel with delphi software.

The mri scanners use/produce 3D data/voxels in a standard format:

I think it was called DICOM.

Unfortunately I cannot find the software I wrote myself using a dicom library which I wrote back then in 2012... I can vaguely remembering being out of disk space or pain and doing it on c drive directly instead of source code folder.

Doesn't matter much but I wish I found it to know for sure, I do still have the mri cd image/iso and it contains CHM help files which also mention DICOM.

The mri scanner/data/cd can show 2D images, but there is also 3D voxel data in there. The resolution was very low for the 3D voxels back then.

Meanwhile I have heard rumors that Atrium hospital in the Netherlands in south part has new mri scanners, however it will take 6 weeks to schedule a scan.

While at meditta a scan could be arranged in 1 or 2 weeks.

I am not sure if a scan will show the problem, but at least it can show if there are any bone problems/fragments or splinters ?!

What other instruments/devices are available to diagnose pissing/shitting/nerve problems ?! tailbone problems ?!

MRI Result/Rapport is in from radiologist:

I will just use google translate:

Feel free to comment on it:

"
Slightly advanced lumbar lordosis. Assuming five vertebral corpora
of the lumbar type. The conus medullaris is located at level L1.
Discopathy L4/L5 and L5/S1. Sole facet arthrosis low lumbar.
At level L4/L5 disc disease and dorsal disc bulging with
root influence L5 lateral recessus bilaterally.
At level L5/S1 significant disc disease and median HNP with absolute
canal stenosis and marked root compression of S1 bilaterally.
Slim abdominal aorta.
Conclusion:
Low lumbar discopathy.
On L4/L5 disc disease and dorsal disc bulging with root involvement
L5 both sides.
On L5/S1 discopathy and large median HNP resulting in absolute
canal stenosis and root compression S1 bilaterally, right over
left.
"

It's a little bit shocking that I too have canal stenosis like my sister.

She continued working and take painstillers (she first had a wrong diagnosis and had this for 6 months).

I hope with enough rest that this will go away, though my sister believes it won't.

Doctor has contacted Neurologist at hospital.

Now I await a letter via snail mail for an appointment.

Greetz and bye for now,
Skybuck.
