I don't know if this is the right place to post, please tell me if
not so, with a possible redirect - if you are interested, this

is where I found you.

Anyway, the story:

I did Muay Thai (Kickboxing) training, almost every day, and some
running on top of that, and suddenly (after a couple of months) I
had this pain in both feet (and the impression that there was zero
support to carry me), the pain being close to the heel (or around
it - difficult to tell), and sometimes in the Achilles' tendon -
and I've had it ever since, almost a year by now. I dropped MT
because of it, because I'm sure it caused it: bouncing around with
the weight on the front of the foot, often kicking (weight on one
foot + twist with weight transfer) - anyway after the injury I
started experimenting with wrapping the wrists and feet (like a
cross), doing stuff with shoes, without shoes, with tights,
etc. etc., and I could never detect any pattern what made it
better or worse, apart from in general, any training makes it
*worse*. Walking makes it *worse*. Running makes it worse but is
better than walking, perhaps the body heat reduces the impact
(just speculating, really). Riding a bike is OK, sometimes with a
bare sensation, sometimes no pain at all.

Any ideas? Thanks :)
