Hello all,
I had acute low back pain due to a quick movement. With later
radiography it resulted to be a herniated disc.
It improved by itself for about 6 weeks, then it stopped improving and I
was still partially blocked, i.e. my back was not as good as before.
So I did the following experiment: I used a Scholl massager "Scholl
Muscle Thearapy Percussion Massager - DRMA7301UK" (*) for 2 minutes on
the back every about 5-10 days. I was crouched when performing this, so
that the back was more stretched.
(*) sorry if it seems a spam, I really have no affiliation with Scholl,
another massager could work the same. I am reporting the model because
every massager is more or less powerful, with a different shape, with
one or two balls at the end, etc. A different massager would probably
work similarly.
Result: Immediately after vibrating the back, it was more inflamed and
the situation was worse, however this action restarted the regeneration
so I could heal again and again for another 3.5 months and at the end my
back was better than before. I repeated this action every 5-10 days when
I felt like the regeneration had stopped again.
Now my back is much better than before the herniation. Before the
herniation I couldn't stay standing for more than 3 hours, now I can for
a whole day.
Please note: You try this technique completely at your risk. I am not a
doctor. BE CAUTIOUS - - GO SLOWLY
I might follow up if I have news (that means I got another disc
herniation... hope not)
Best wishes
