While Googling for a treatment for a calcified SI ligament (mine) I
came across this post from Max. Has anyone come up with treatment?

MRI shows ventral sacral ligament hypertrophy and calcification
appearing to bridge the left anterior sacroiliac joint at S1; patient
was struck by a motor vehicle 10 years ago, possible lesion of
ligament? since then chronic pain vicinity of left SI joint, which has
recently become incapacitating and continues to grow worse. occult
sacral fracture remains a possibility, not visible on MRI, awaiting
bone scan. any similar cases? what treatments possible for calcified
ventral sacral ligament?
