Does anyone have a reference to this radiographic view?
I have seen two versions, one where the patient is at a 25° angle to
the film, and another where the patient is at a 65° angle.
They both can't be right.
The sources of the info I have cannot be verified as they are poor
quality photocopies. They both appear to have originally been in some
sort of journal.
