hi,
i have read a few websites that claim to have found exercises/nutrition
regimens that increase a person's height. the claims are that a person can
increase height 2-4 inches. i obviously have reason to be suspicious since
there is a profit incentive for people selling these "secrets", but i was
wondering if anyone has experiences with such programs. has anyone actually
seen any results with these exercise/diet regimens?

any info would be helpful.
thanks,
imran

epiphyseal fusion takes place at 14 and makes it physically
impossible. the epiphyses fuse so that bone condrogenesis cannot
occur. so impossible.

Because then you would know who Imran Khan is (although there are probably
more than one!).
He is the Lion of Lahore.

Try a Google search ;-).

I don't dispute that epiphyseal fusion makes further height gains
impossible, but plenty of people grow after age 14.

If you mean what I think you mean, you are better off in some other forum.

I don't like your attitude.

I care, and I care even more about the victims of people like you, who
made a decision about the worth of a person you have never met based
only on his name. Has history taught you nothing at all? For that matter,
did it ever occur to you that there might be legitimate reasons for
hating the U.S.A., and that you have demonstrated a prime example of why
people are willing to die in order to inflict pain on America?

You need to really look into your own mind (if any) -- if you are honest with
yourself (extremely unlikely, I think) you are not going to like what you find
there. Your reaction is 100% projection. Here are the exact statements to which
you are reacting:

Are you some kind of arab?

Why would I do that?

So who cares if an arab plays cricket. He is still an arab.

Are you the policeman of the forum, or the king? Who the fuck cares what you
don't like.

There is not one single statement which says anything in any way negative about
arabs -- not one. The only way you could find anything negative about anyone other
than King Rogers, the self-appointed and also completely off point guardian of the
newsgroup, is if you brought it with you, as part of your mental baggage.

End of experiment. You both failed. Time to move on to a better group (not hard
to find).

Kind of off-topic don't you think?

Personally, I think that Terrorist is correct.

I see no logical reason for the US to be supporting Israel. Or, for Israel
to have been artificially created in first place.

It makes no religious sense, either. After all, the Jews are the ones who
murdered Jesus. And, according to the New Testament. The Jews are just as
Damned as the Gentiles are. As far I am concerned, ... Jews are NOT
Christians. And, if they ain't Christians then we might as well be
supporting the Arabs who own the oil.

Having said that, ... so what?

That nut murdered 7,000 persons from some 60+ different countries in the WTC
in NYC. That means war, and death in any book.

And, so it goes.

I kept growing until I was about 19. I was tiny when I was 14.

Not one, but two.

Are you some kind of brit?

So who cares if a brit plays cricket. He is still a brit.

BTW, I believe Kahn is from Pakistan. Ask your friend Colin Powell
whether Pakistan is a friend or enemy. I know, it gets a bit complicated
these days, especially with the U.S. now trying to get its former
enemies to kill its former friends.

Still there, nothere?

'the Man' has a theory on this. Shorter people didn't drink their milk in
their youth. Notice how early Americans were very short in height, but are
now quite tall? Simply a matter of better nutrition and a milk lobby
pushing milk consumption.

Plenty of milk is certainly enough to account for a few inches in height.
My son according to growth charts should have equaled my height. He came up
a couple of inches short. He, also, refused to drink his milk. What more
can I say?

Also, Zinc deficiencies in your youth has been shown to retard height.

You could say "correlation does not equal causation"

Growth FlexV Pro is a type of supplement responsible for increasing height. It has a perfect combination of nutrients required for faster growth rate.
