Size of a single red blood cell

Hi,
does anybody know a reference, where I can find the normal size of a
porcine red blood cell (diameter and volume is known but not the
surface and the minimum and maximum thickness (means both values of
the biconcave shape) of the
cell)? Or is there an unpublished source of that values?
I will need that for a comparison with human cells (optical properties
of them...).
