RF factor / rheumatoid arthritis

Anyone have any ideas as to .. why .. the RF .. factor .. the 'marker'
FOR .. "rheumatoid arthritis" ... would seemingly be affected BY ..
altitude .. ?

WHY would the people in the higher than sea level .. just
'coincidentally' be .. having .. the increased rate of what is thought
to be THE marker of a .. genetic predisposition .. ? .. TO ..
rheumatoid arthritis .. AS .. they .. rise .. higher and higher .. ?

Or .. does .. altitude ITSELF .. raise RF .. factor .. ?

First of all were the differences significant? Two he did describe that
there were differences just based on the fact that workers were more
likely seen in the city near work, and non workers were more likely
seen in rural clinics. There are many factors that seem to go along
with the population as it exists, which may be more or less important
than altitute. However if one goes to a high enough altitude where
there is weightlessness, arthritis should temporarily improve, but in
the long run probably not and may worsen. There may be
legitimate pathological reasons involved in why RA varies according
to altitude, but I don't see as how they could have factored this out
specifically from their limited number of patients.
