Hi, I don't work in the biomedical field. However...

A colleague has developed a mathematical algorithm to extract
some predictive information from a stochastic time series (i.e. a
sequence of seemingly random data values). We want to see if the
algorithm has applications in biomedical monitoring equipment.

Is there anyone out there, or any source out there, that can provide
us with some sample time series data that can be characterized as
chaotic or stochastic, so that we can perform some testing on the
utility of our algorithm?

A neurologist friend has already offered to get us some data related
to epileptic seizures. I was wondering what other information
can be measured, besides brain activity, that has the chaotic
characteristics we're looking for.

Please reply to the group. Thanks.
