Subject: The legal mudslinging over LYMErix is about to commence

Date: Jan 20, 2012 8:25 AM

Yale, UConn and the State of New York
are about to blame Kaiser for interfering
with medicine, and Kaiser is about to
blame Allen Steere for falsifying the
diagnostic standard for Lyme in Europe
(he went by himself to falsify the
diagnostic standard).

I asked the Justice Department to find
out who/how the bogus Dearborn diagnostic
standard (the one falsified by Allen Steere
in Europe
http://www.actionlyme.org/PLUMSTUPID.htm
)
was adopted despite none of the participants
in the Dearborn conference approving of
Steere's diagnostic panel proposal:
http://www.actionlyme.org/USDOJ_COMPLAINT_RICO.htm
which was the essense of the RICO complaint
filed in July of 2003.

http://www.actionlyme.org/Dearborn_Who_Approved.htm

Kaiser trained MDs at New York Medical
College via a contract where Kaiser
would help bail out the financially-floundering
college, if NYMC would allow Kaiser to
*train* the MDs (& gave med school tuition
kickbacks to anyone who would sign up
to whore with the Kaiser pimps).

http://www.actionlyme.org/CONNOLLY_FISH_WEINSTEIN.htm
The patenteering ^^^ Lyme crooks who first established
themselves as the "ALDF.com" intended to capitalize
off of vector borne diseases test kits and vaccines
worked with Kaiser to deny the existance of the disease
caused by OspA - IDSA's own New Great Imitators.

Edward McSweegan funneled all these crooks
the NIH grant money:
http://www.actionlyme.org/GOLDWATER_LETTER.htm

Sweeg was the silent 4th partner in the "Fish,
Connolly, Wormser" cabal.

However, Kaiser-Permanente recently squawked
over Baxter representatives being on an FDA
panel, when Baxter was the next BigPharma
about to be fooled by the Yale/IDSA Lyme
crooks over the next OspA vaccine.

Much of this has to do with Gary Wormser
at New York Medical College. Wormser
"consults" for Baxter. In other words,
Wormser was about to defraud Baxter into
doing a do-over of LYMErix.

It didn't go further because now the whole
world knows what Pam3Cys is.

The crime is very simple: ^^ "Keep insisting
the Steere-in-Europe, Dearborn 'case definition'
of 'Only an HLA-linked Bad-Knee' is real."

Wormser and Steere will be at the center
of the cross-fire.

We said Steere was too stupid to have
thunk up how to falsify the standard
and that he was put up to it by someone
else.

That someone else could have been Kaiser,
who wanted the disease narrowed to only
the outcome that ends up with not neurological
signs, because the neurological outcome is
treated with intravenous ceftriaxone, which
Mark Klempner proved failed due to
intracellurality (1992).

Note that that Klempner report on how
"intravenous ceftriaxone failed to cure"
was submitted to the journal in 1991:
http://www.actionlyme.org/MarkKlempner_Fibroblasts.htm

The next year, 1992, Allen Steere went to
Europe to falsify the standard.

The essence of the crime is the crooks'
insistence that the Dearborn "case definition"
based on the research fraud Allen Steere
stuck his name on - in Europe, alone -
is real.

Meanwhile, Steere used the "seronegative Lyme
assay" several times:
http://www.actionlyme.org/101016.htm

They all knew Chronic Lyme was an outcome
of immunosuppression (much like pandemic
MRSA and Candida), and we know they all
knew OspA vaccination resulted in the same
multisystem disease outcome.

SmithKline admitted it at the 1998 FDA
meeting:
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.diseases.lyme/browse_thread/thread/a104a20c56109c33?hl=en#

Yale's Robert Schoen and Corixa/Mayo's
Dave Persing talked about these same
chronic Lyme-like outcomes in their
RICO patent, which was based on the
fraudulent method Steere concocted in
Europe:
http://www.actionlyme.org/DICKSON_FDA_SUBMISSION_FULL.htm

OspA and B were left out of the diagnostic
standard to faciltate Yale University's
monopoly on testing and grants:
http://www.actionlyme.org/PLUMSTUPID.htm

"The first order of business is the clarification of falsified
antibody testing for “Lyme Disease.”

"In 1992 Allen Steere went to Germany, with, as he claimed,

“The group 1 strain of B. burgdorferi, G39/40, used in this study and
in the previous study of US patients was isolated from an Ixodes
damini tick in Guilford, Connecticut [21]. The group 2 strain, FRG
[Federal Republic of Germany], was isolated from Ixodes ricinus near
Cologne [22]. The group 3 strain, IP3, was isolated from Ixodes
persulcatus near Leningrad [23]. All three strains used in this study
were high passage isolates, which were classified by Richard Marconi
(Rocky Mountain Laboratory, Hamilton, MT) using 16S ribosomal RNA
sequence determination as described [11, 24]. The recombinant
preparations of OspA and OspB used in this study were purified
maltose- binding protein-Osp fusion proteins derived from group 1
strain B31 [25]. The fusion proteins contained the full-length OspA
or OspB sequence ***without the lipid moiety*** or the signal sequence
-"

-- illegal, plasmid-dropping, antigen-and-antibody dropping, “high
passage strains” and OspA and B with no lipids attached (not likely to
produce antibodies), resulting in the new, 1994, Centers for Disease
Control (CDC), “case definition” of “Lyme Disease (8, 9)."

At the Dearborn, MI, Consensus Conference regarding the
“standardization” of Western Blotting for “Lyme Disease,” the invited
labs assessed Steere’s scientifically fraudulent proposal for a new
diagnostic standard for Lyme from 8% to 28% accurate (detected % of
known cases).

-----------------------

Kaiser and their ilk are responsible for
falsely reporting MDs to their medical
boards:
http://www.actionlyme.org/CT_MED_BOARD_BLOW_OFF.htm

So, naturally, they're worried.

They participated in the fraud.

It was a private cabal which included several
members of the CDC, in addition to Allen Steere
and Alan Barbour.

They were in it strictly for the vaccine
royalties:
http://www.actionlyme.org/CDCS_PARTICIPATION_IN_LYME_CRIMES.htm
but Steere we think is somehow financially
associated with Imugen, Norwood, Mass.
http://www.actionlyme.org/CORIXARICO.htm

CDC officer Alan Barbour wrote a totally
unreferenced book called "Lyme Disease, the
Cause, the Cure, the Controversy," (and you
would get a serious headache reading it)
in which of course the illness was blamed
on Fibrofemino Not-Enough-Sexitis.

Meanwhile, Barbour owns more patents than
anyone associated with vectore-borne diseases
and even wrote in 1986 that spirochetal infections
like Syphilis were incurable:
http://www.actionlyme.org/BRAIN_PERMANENT.htm

Wormser and Steere. I am pretty sure
the insurance companies who supported
the scam will blame those two.
