Subject: New Yale Law Dean; Big Whoop. Yale needs scientists but even
moreso, honest people.

I wonder if this prof would find it legal for Yale's James Phillips to
say to me privately that "the Lyme crymes should be written up in the
New Yorker" (rather than even lifting a finger to help us with Yale's
Lyme crimes against us), but under oath Phillips says the RICO data
stolen off of AG Richard Blumenthal's desk by AAG Jessica Gauvin means
I am "like Ted Kascynski" to be saying all these TRUE things about
Yale?

http://www.actionlyme.org/USDOJ_COMPLAINT_RICO.htm
After my false arrest by Gauvin, I was given a court order "not to
criticize the state, local or federal government" (First Amendment
Rights were removed) for two years.
Is that something Yale Law would approve?
What is this State waiting for?
If we hadn't gotten rid of Yale's bogus Lyme vaccine and complained to
the FDA, God only knows how many more people would have MS, ALS, and
Cancer from OspA.
Did they not stop the Pam3Cys HIV vaccine trials because they also
failed to produce antibodies?
How in the world does that make *me* the terrorist deploying WMDs?
Yale tried to deploy the WMD (OspA) and then OBVIOUSLY trashed not
only the whistleblower, but the single person who explained to the FDA
that Yale's test was bogus and that Yale not only had no vaccine, the
disease is bogus:

All of this fanfare over a new Law School Dean.
Big Whoop.
Lawyers are not scientists. And not only are they not scientists,
they do no human rights activism. They never stick their necks out.
Watch the presentation and take down the patent and PubMed
Numbers and you will see/find out for yourself that what Steere
did in Europe was a crime:
http://www.actionlyme.org/SV_PPT_2_files/v3_document.htm
and that Yale has known how to identify all cases of
Lyme since 1991.
Who's the terrorist?
Who cost America and Europe *extra* year/lives by jailing the
whistleblower with false criminal charges and then FORMALLY took away
the blowers' First Amendment Rights?
It was Jan 2001 when I explained the TESTING CRIME to the FDA:
http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets/ac/01/slides/3680s2_11.pdf
8.5 Year/Lives lost, and counting.
That shore ain't blood on *MY* hands...

Yale Law Announces New Dean
By DEREK TAM | The Hartford Courant
12:42 PM EDT, June 22, 2009
Yale University announced Monday that law professor Robert Post will
become the 16th dean of Yale Law School.
Post, a specialist in constitutional law and the First Amendment, will
replace Harold Hongju Koh, who awaits Senate confirmation to serve as
legal adviser to the U.S. State Department.
Post is a graduate of Yale Law School, where he served as an editor
for The Yale Law Journal. Before returning to Yale to teach in 2003,
Post was a professor at Boalt Hall, the law school of University of
California at Berkeley, for 20 years.
"I am humbled and honored to be asked to serve as dean of Yale Law
School, a community that I loved as a student and that I have loved
even more as a faculty member," Post said in a press release. "I am
eager to work with our faculty, staff, students, and alumni to deepen
Yale Law School's commitment to scholarly excellence, outstanding
education and the achievement of professional and public ideals."

In addition to his career in academia, Post served as general counsel
to both the American Association of University Professors from 1992 to
1994 and to California Governor Pete Wilson's Independent Panel on
Redistricting in 1991.
Yale Law School professor Akhil Amar praised Post's appointment as
dean and called the professor the "faculty favorite" throughout the
search process, which officially began in April.
"Robert Post is a scholar's scholar, a teacher's teacher, and a
lawyer's lawyer," Amar said.
Post will assume his new duties on July 1, taking over for Acting Dean
Kate Stith.
