About the treatment of Lyme disease and any guidelines
or previous studies:

None of those results were valid, because just as with
the bogus vaccine trials, we don't really know what a
"case" of "Lyme disease" is, since the testing for
Lyme is completely bogus, as admitted to by the
criminal CDC staff member Paul Mead.

Therefore, there are no valid results, and there are
no valid guidelines for treatment.

Speaking to Gary Wormser and IDSA's further FRAUDULENT
STATEMENTS and publications,
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=PureSearch&db=pubmed&details_term=9234797%5BUID%5D
we've known since 1997 that OspA was the wrong vaccine
and that OspC was the right vaccine because it is
associated with the ability of borrelia to enter the
brain. 'According to Alan Barbour- owner of the
ImmuLyme OspA patent.

Here is Brookhaven saying OspC should be the vaccine
also:
http://actionlyme.org/JohnDunn_Brookhaven.htm

Here is NIH's Edward McSweegan saying we can pass off
a bogus OspA vaccine in Europe because Europeans are
stupid:
http://actionlyme.org/MCSWEEGAN_AND_DUMB_EUROPEANS.html

There have been no advances in the understanding of
the detection of Lyme disease in over 10 years, but
none of the valid ones we have, have been put to use
because of the CRIME of "Lyme disease."

Remember that this is a secret "unpublished" finding:
http://actionlyme.org/Klempner-0602.wmv
HLA-DQB1*0602 is one of the two Multiple Sclerosis
haplotypes, or is the genetic predisposition to
getting an MS-like disease from Lyme (rather than a
knee disease).

In the CDC's European patents since 1992, they
demonstrate that CDC is aware of MHC-restricted and
MHC non-restricted antibodies. That means the CDC has
always known there are different kinds of Lyme based
on a person's genetic background, and that all people
will not have the same antibodies:
http://v3.espacenet.com/family?DB=EPODOC&IDX=WO9324145&F=8&OREQ=0&textdoc=TRUE
"Certain of these antigens are characterized as being
B. burgdorferi B31 strain specific and major
histocompatibility complex(MHC) nonrestricted. Certain
other of these antigens are characterized as being
MHCrestricted. Sera generated to these antigens (B31
MHC nonrestricted and B31 MHC restricted) are further
characterized by the ability or lack of ability to
react with B. burgdorferi JD-1 strain; the antigens
themselves (B31 MHC nonrestricted and B31 MHC
restricted) are further characterized by being
homologous or heterologous with B. burgdorferi JD-1
strain antigens. The most preferred antigens of this
invention, because of their ability to induce
cross-strain immunity to B. burgdorferi in different
animal haplotypes, are characterized by being B31 MHC
nonrestricted, JD-1 crossreactive, and JD-1
nonrestricted.Other antigens are also useful in
vaccine compositions and as diagnostics."

And B31 does not express OspC.

'A TOTAL FRAUD,
http://actionlyme.org/PATENTS_30_APR_06.wmv
in which CDC staff members own patents with
SmithKline.

Under the RICO laws, CDC staff members can be
prosecuted as individual participants, and are not
protected by government employment.

This is a very wide dragnet of perps, but the whole
crime has been laid out for the US Attorney Kevin
O'Connor for nearly 3 years. O'Connor got his job
becuase Mrs. O'Connor worked in Rowland's legal office
while all the "DCF Party and Screw for the Tomasso
Jails Contract" went on- which was another RICO
complaint.

Be sure to watch this video, because I show you where
to look to discover that Yale knew for years that they
could not read their Western Blots in LYMErix
vaccinated people, yet they reported to the FDA that
they had a safe and effective vaccine:
http://actionlyme.org/PATENTS_30_APR_06.wmv

They knew *before 1996,* that they could not tell
whether or not LYMErix prevented Lyme, yet they never
told anyone until Aug 1999, after it was already
"approved" by the FDA:
http://actionlyme.org/THE_CENTRAL_LYME_RICO_PATENTS.htm

Yale simply blew off the LYMErix injured people:
http://actionlyme.org/Bull_Lewis.htm Or intended to
accuse them of Munchausens:
http://actionlyme.org/MUNCHAUSENS.htm as SmithKline
has done before:
http://actionlyme.org/HOWE_BBC_SCIENCE_EVIDENCE.htm

Republicans are bashing the Trial Lawyers Association
over this, but we support group leaders who first
learned about all the LYMErix injured people in the
first half of 1999 (the first year it was on the
market), independently, because these injured people
called us looking for an MD referral, because they
"had Lyme again."

Which is what I told the FDA in Jan 2001:
http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets/ac/01/slides/3680s2_11.pdf

It would not be necessary for there to be class
actions if the DHHS, the FDA, NIH, US Customs, the
CDC, AG Blumenthal's Office, the CT Department of
Health (or any other "department"), the FBI, and the
USDOJ were the least bit competent:
http://actionlyme.org/CUSTOMS.htm

I would also like to know why Mortimer Zuckerman was
invited to the ALDF's "GALA's", at the Pierre Hotel in
NYC, and *who else* was privileged to the secret
Klempner HLA data, because Zuckerman publishes nothing
but spin and nonsense on Lyme in his "Newsday" and "US
News and World Report."

BIOTECH INSIDER TRADING ANYONE???

The Bushes sold a bank to the Weld family. A Bush
family member handled Republican Party money in the
State of New York (Uncle Jonathan). The Walker-Bush
family has produced a judge who is the Chief Justice
for the Second Circuit (Connecticut). Both the Judge
(John M. Walker) and uncle Jonathan Bush (JBush & Co
and the Riggs Bank) both live in Killingworth,
Corrupticut, attend the same church (? that's a bit
reminiscent of the Rockefeller's tything, ain't it?
"Dear Lord, Thank You for the Blood for Oil bounty,
and here's Your cut ;)" ), and are still associated
with Yale.

http://actionlyme.org/LYME_CORRUPTICUT.htm

It's one big happy abusive criminal Corrupticut
"family."

The Weld-Walker-Bush-Bankers.

The question is, What do they think they are investing
in? 'Must be suppressing the extent of this disaster
to deny care, since there can never be a vaccine for
Borreliosis, as Steere pointed out in 1986:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=3531237&query_hl=9&itool=pubmed_DocSum
'Due to the antigenic variation.

You know. 20 years ago.

Seems to be all about a monopoly on who gets to know
what about diseases.

Kaiser and SmithKline got nailed by the USDOJ for
being in cahoots together before:
