Subject: CPS'/DCF's False Arrests.... Re: Laying the foundation

ANSWER
================================

Congress needs to hear about how poverty
is also driving criminal foster carers to get into
the business.

The examples of Suzanne Listro and Annette
Anderson serve as cases that are wide-open
for the public to view and now not hidden by
any criminal secrecy laws:
http://www.actionlyme.org/andersonpenisbiter.htm

Listro was a DCF "worker" in financial dire
straits so she took in a stolen baby that she
killed a week later.

I know Mr. Inkel would testify in front of
Congress about how his children were
literally tortured in DCF "care" and about all
the crimes committed by DCF against his
family over the years:
http://www.actionlyme.org/INKEL_MOTION_APPEARANCE.htm

Congress needs to hear about how astronomically
STUPID these "workers" are. They need to hear
about it, because no one with a genuine USA high
school degree and is over 30 would believe that such
stupid people exist, much less can drive a car
(or sleep and pee in the Connecticut State
Parks as the case may typically be):
http://www.actionlyme.org/080924.htm

DCF's latest round of tricks include, of course,
the false arrests of innocent parents, to make the
un-Constitional prosecutions even easier on these
DCF morons:

Corrupticut Bags Chris Kennedy - DCF Christopher Kennedy, Ellington,
says, "In my case the investigation started involving my children then
basically the worker told me flat out that he had to bring charges
against me for something."

(It did not matter what, you see, as long as Chris was falsely
arrested and therefore permanently out of the way.)

The whole world needs to know how astonishingly
stupid this DCF crew is.

I wish I could think up a word that better describes they're
total microencephaly. 'Their total lack of what the rest of us
would recognize as human intellect. They can't read and
they can't write or spell or pronounce words. They
don't even know how to use Phonics. And they don't seem
to either hear or speak English.

There *must* be an explanation for what happened to
their brains.

Once exposed to CPS/DCFstupidity, you *never* *stop*
*wondering* how it could be that such abominably stupid
people could be in charge of other people's children.

Subject: Laying the foundation

In the past few months I have seen an increasing number of stories
regarding child abuse and domestic violence being on the rise as a
result of the economy. Do not be fooled by these stories. These are
nothing more than our government laying the foundation to increase the
number of children they remove from parents in an effort to secure
additional federal funding to balance their budgets.

I am having difficulty figuring out what we as a group can do to
counteract what inevitably lies ahead of us. If anyone has any viable
suggestions I would like to hear them.

While the economy soured, the number of neglect and physical and
sexual abuse cases in Montgomery County increased over the last two
years, a trend that could continue to worsen, say child welfare
officials.

Social workers are responding to more cases involving unattended
children, home overcrowding and abuse, said Agnes Leshner, Director of
the Montgomery County Department of Child Welfare.

"Unfortunately, what happens is mom and dad are working and
leaving the children home alone," Leshner said. "This has lead to our
increase in neglect against children reports because the children are
babysitting their siblings all hours of the day."

Historically, cases tend to spike in May, Leshner said. In May
2007, child welfare investigators responded to 257 cases, which
increased to 290 cases in May 2008. There were 307 cases last month,
she said.

"It's always our higher month," she said. "With it being the end
of the [school] year, a lot of teachers end up reporting a lot of
incidents they have seen over the course of the school year."

Case investigator Sara Kulow, one of 30 in the county, said that
as more and more people find they cannot afford housing, they move in
with family and friends, she said. Overcrowded homes increase the
opportunity for sexual abuse, Leshner said.

Many parents who work extra hours think there is no one to help
them, Leshner said. Educating them on county services is the best way
to prevent some of the abuse, she said.

"We have knowledge about financial and health care resources that
maybe the families don't know about," Leshner said. "We have services
that can assist people with money for a down payment on an apartment
if they can't afford it right now and the same for utilities if you
get into a bind but know for sure you will have the money soon."

Kulow, who has worked as an investigator for six years, said that
some of the clients she has referred to county programs were working
two to three jobs.

"We have referred parents to the Purchase of Care program, which
provides funding for daycare for parents so they don't have to leave
their children home alone," Kulow said.

If you suspect or need help reporting child abuse or neglect, call
Child Protective Services at 240-777-4417 or visit 1301 Piccard Drive
in Rockville between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or 8 a.m.
to 7 p.m. Tuesdays. For more information about the county's Department
of Health and Human Services, visit www.montgomerycountymd.gov/hhs.
