all the Relapsing Fevers because they're actually
tracking how far OspA went from Plum Island:

I know because I talked with Matthew Cartter (CT-DPH)
yesterday and he let me know they're not interested
in any others of the Relapsing Fevers. They're
only looking for OspA Relapsing Fever, without
the OspA, OspB, or the OspC in the Lyme spirochetes
(Quest Labs + Dearborn).
Does that make sense?
NO.
But consider how much Matthew Cartter doesn't
care that he is making a fool out of himself.
