I want this bastard Stuart Bear arrested for breaking
the law, obstruction of
justice, and allowing the criminally insane DCF get
away with deliberately
putting children in danger. AGAIN.
Note that *AFTER* I filed a police complaint, on June
28 and later to the Town
of New London on July 3, 2006, "judge" Bear issued his
illegal gag order, on 5
July 2006. I did not receive this illegal "order"
until 28 July 2006, because
that is how the Corrupticourts "work."
This action by Stuart Bear is Obstruction of Justice.

Note that on 28 June 2006 I tried to file a police
report about the abuse to the
Phillip and Meredith Inkel children in the foster
"care" of Annette Anderson,
WITH ALL THE EVIDENCE (medical records, transcripts of
Anderson's perjury):

On July 3, the New London Town Management noted that
the complaint was filed
against this officer, Lt. Crowley. I sent the Town
the data- the same data Lt.
Crowley refused and which proves there are medical
records which support the
abuse of the Inkel children by Annette Anderson.
To Wit:
1) Annette Anderson "bit my pee-pee," said Alex Inkel.
2) Anderson "pinched it," said Andrew Inkel of Annette
Anderson, as regards his "pee-pee."
Both ended up in the doctor's office with inflammation
of the penis, as the records show, while in the "care"
of Annette Anderson.
3) Anderson had the Inkel baby girl, Anastasia, in her
"care" as of 7 Oct 2004, but on 16 Oct 2004, Annette
Anderson had this baby in the doctor's office with
severe vaginal injuries, that Anderson later
graphically described, as perjury, solicited by AAG
William Wholean, and was blamed on Mrs. Inkel.
Mrs. Inkel was not in possession of the female baby on
18 Oct 2004, since the baby was removed on the 7th of
October and given back to the severely abusive
foster "carer" Annette Anderson.

scanned in. Since the Inkel federal civil suit is in
the public domain, no one can be gagged under any
circumstances:

[The reason for the gagging is because of the criminal
behavior of the DCF, but the Statute says other than
what the DCF tells their victims.]
4) Andrew's black eye given to him from Annette
Anderson comes out pretty good for a scanned in
photograph.
5) Note that other complaints were filed by New London
Child and Family's counselor Amy Sizer, about another
child in the "care" of Annette Anderson, who was
afraid to go back to Anderson.
Therefore, all those DCF workers listed on that
complaint are aware that Annette Anderson is an
abusive foster carer: Colleen Dirga, Colleen Lenney,
Jo-El
Suroviak, etc.
6) DCF defrauded the court (DCF "worker" Lorraine
Thomas) over the "Order of Custody" of this Inkel baby
girl about a year earlier and stated that Mrs. Inkel
tested positive for marijuana.
Mrs. Inkel did not test positive for marijuana. There
was no positive "tox screen." There was a test, but it
was inconclusive. I know Mrs. Inkel. This girl is
such a purist, she won't even drink diet cola.
This same DCF "worker," Lorraine Thomas, perjured
herself in my DCF "trial," and said I refused DCF's
respite care, when the reverse was true, and here is a

Now it is pretty well-documented that the State of
Corrupticut blew me off several times, over a period
of many years, with the exception of arresting Donald
Dickson for domestic violence when necessary, and
garnishing his check for child support.

mentioned in the Inkel's civil suit against the State
of Corrupticut in federal court. Docket 3:04cv69.
What's new is the police report which precedes "judge"
Bear's illegal gag order dated 5 July 2006, which I
just received on the 28 of July, and on the same day,
July 5, 2006, this bitch, Valerie Alexander solicited
from me that I violate this illegal gag order.
I probably would have violated it anyway, since it is
illegal and *ALL* children need to be protected from
the criminally insane DCF, clearly abusive foster
"carers," and "judges" like Stuart Bear:

Note that on June 26, I filed a motion on behalf of
the Inkels, in which I demonstrate that numerous state
employees, including Kenneth Marcus, the Medical
Director of the Department of Mental Health and
Addiction Services perjured themselves as regards Lyme
disease and as regards the American Psychiatric
Association's Guidelines on the treatment of a

really is (it is a borreliosis), and of course, as

I want Stuart Bear arrested and charged with
obstruction of justice and violating Statute 17a-28,
in which the DCF's victims can give their "records" to
anyone they want, and it is the *DCF* who is gagged.
The Statute says: "Such records, of any person may
only be disclosed, in whole or in part, to any
individual, agency, corporation, or organization or as
provided with the consent of the person or as provided

I will be broadcasting this complaint all over the
known universe because there is no other way to
protect children from the criminally insane DCF but

DCF bugs phones and they follow their victims cars,
stake out their houses (my kids pointed this out to
me- there was a stake out on Downer Street, which the
kids alerted me to and they said, "That lady was out
there last night, too, watching us."), and they g
through their victims' garbage- just as was done to
Ragaglia.
