April 7, 2006

HARTFORD, Conn. --A former information specialist for the state
Department of Children and Families was convicted Friday of drugging
and sexually assaulting a co-worker.

John R. Peloso III, of Glastonbury, was found guilty of second-degree
assault, delivery of a controlled substance and third-degree sexual
assault, but he was acquitted of first-degree sexual assault and one
count of second-degree sexual assault.

A former co-worker testified that Peloso gave her a pill, took
photographs of her while she was naked and sexually assaulted her after
a night of partying in August 2004.

Police said they searched his home and found medications including
sedatives and hundreds of videotapes and photographs. Police said they
also found a video camera that had black electrical tape placed over
the red "on" indicator light.

Some of the videos and photos showed nude women and Peloso engaged in
sexual acts, according to police.

Peloso told police he let the woman come home with him because she was
too drunk to drive, and took her to a bedroom so she would be
comfortable, the affidavit said. He denied taking photographs. The
woman told police that when she accused Peloso of taking pictures, he
opened a camera and exposed the film.

Doctors at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford
performed a rape examination and found no trauma, but found scratches
and bruises the woman said she did not have before going to Peloso's
home. Police said doctors found traces of methlyenedioxyamphetamine, or
MDA, in her blood.

DCF spokesman Gary Kleeblatt said Peloso, an 18-year employee, was
suspended immediately after his arrest, then fired this year for
serious off-duty misconduct toward several female co-workers. Kleeblatt
declined further comment about whether there were additional victims
but said counseling or other assistance is available to any affected
employees.

"He was terminated and we have great concern for any DCF staff who
might be affected, and we take the treatment of our own staff very
seriously, and we want to do everything we can to be supportive of
them," Kleeblatt said. "We're very concerned about any staff who may
have been victimized."

It will be interesting to see how high they hang him.

Now of course this was DCF's fault how?

For how many years was this guy sexually abusing all his druggie and
drunkie DCF-co-employees who all clearly party their asses off
together, but then will take the kids away from parents who do the
same?

Decades.

It's conspicuous how DCF employees take
the moral high ground en masse.

These people party like this, yet would nit-pick
a parent to death in abuse reports.

Peloso was an "information specialist".
Not too far from Mathematical Psychology, eh Kane?

Really? You have some proof of this, or is it your usual guilt by
insinuation?

You are hiding behind absent attributions again, aren't you, child?

I'm unfamiliar with that field.

And information specialist would likely be a PR person.

Please explain your meaning.

Oh why do I bother to ask. You'll just run like you always do.

IT guy. Information Technology. Database guy. The guy who put the
spell checker in the DCF morons; computer system.

And the asshole Kane or whoever he is arguing against the validity of
these DCF CRIMES that are well documented and in the newspapers, has no
case for argument. We did not invent these crimes out of thin air,
like DCF does. The DCF staff were charged with these things, and the
entire STATE knows about Rowland and DCF's Chief, Kristine Ragaglia,
even before the details were published in the newspaper.

The DCF staff are ex and drug maniacs and pedophiles. There is no
denying it. In the past year and a half at least 7 of them were found
to be illegally selling or using drugs and they all clearly party their
asses off. 2 were charged with raping the female children in their
"care." Several more were raped at the YMCA 2 years ago, and were
threatened by DCF that they better shut up or DCF would make their
lives even more miserable-- which they then did.

Even the State prosecutors are criminals. Caught with marijuana and a
loaded gun, driving drunk, leaving a party at the Chief State's
Attorney's home. Christopher Morano.

Morano, of Saraceno case infamy:
http://actionlyme.org/MORANOGATE.htm

"I thought of this affair as the ultimate farce of Connecticut justice
until I involved myself in the more recent Haddam-Killingworth bus
arson case. The torching of $500,000 worth of school buses in 1994 led
police to a teenager named David Saraceno. A 10-hour, high-pressure
state police interrogation forced false admissions that were neither
written down at the time nor recorded.

Saraceno was convicted and imprisoned but later released after a
private investigation discovered that the prosecutor was protecting
four other young men who almost certainly did the crime. The chief
state's attorney's office uncomfortably joined the defense in a
motion to overturn Saraceno's conviction.

This should have freed the youth from further jeopardy. Instead, in
1999, under threat of extending the legal nightmare that had already
cost his parents $100,000, Saraceno accepted guilt for "hindering
prosecution by falsely confessing."

Under the statute of limitations, the state had allowed the five-year
window for prosecuting the known suspects to close. No one except the
wrong man did jail time for the crime.

The law officer most responsible for compelling Saraceno to declare it
was all his fault is Chief State's Attorney Christopher Morano."

Why didn;t Morano prosecute the prosecutors?

There's no denying this double standard.

DCF loves sex and drugs, as does DMHAS and Yale. And they do not care
how many lives they destroy because they make their living by
destroying others.

There is simply no arguing that this crap does not go on in the name of
the State of Connecticut. We have the lowest job growth rate among the
entire 50 states, but the highest income? What are we producing?

Human hamburger.

Connecticut is a meat grinder and DCF is the central player.

Play the Chris Kennedy video.

Christopher Kennedy, Ellington, says,"In my case the investigation
started involving my children then basically the worker told me flat
out that he had to bring charges against me for something."

The DCF was just going to charge Chris with something. Didn't matter
what, as long as he was made a criminal.

"On another occasion, a sober Rowland adviser was deputized to warn
another Republican she ought to start wearing underwear beneath her
short skirts when she was around the governor. Mrs. Rowland was said to
be especially insistent that the message be delivered."

Connecticut's political world is tiny and given to ennui. Witness the
fact that the U.S. Attorney, Kevin O'Connor, was barred from
participating in the prosecution of the Rowland scandals because of his
and his wife's close ties to the former governor. Kathleen O'Connor
worked in the office of Rowland's legal counsel. In most places, that
would raise an alarm. Connecticut only shrugs.

The infamous Ragaglia diary... the dirt that dealt the plea deal.
