No rinse will take the place of a toothbrush (or floss for that matter).
See if your dentist and mental health professional can get their heads
together to try and work out an oral hygiene regimen that will give
maximum benefit and minimum damage.

Dontcha love hostile people wanting you to help them. He didnt say
anything about anyone's fault. Maybe you should have surgery to get
that chip off your shoulder.

I've been using Drano with Retsyn flavor crystals for the
last few years. Just came out, on the market. Tastes minty
fresh.

One of the funniest oxymorons ever encountered !!!

Recommend "Drano" as a dentifrice.
Swallow deeply after 'brushing, flossing, and wanking".

JanDrew recommends 'Listerine Enemas' as a follow up.

Consult Hulda Clark for removal of 'liver flukes',
Read her book : "The Cure For ALL Diseases".

OhYeah, BTW, almost forgot, HC is deceased.
Guess that 'cure' didn't work so well...

On the surface it would appear that way...but in fact many people with
OCD cannot do activities. A friend told me about one guy who went to
college and had OCD and failed attendance. Turned out on his way to
class he would wonder if he forgot to turn the alarm clock off or
something and would return to his dorm room to check, this would
happen each time he started to walk to class. Apparently he barely
made it to class the whole semester.

I personally recommend checking oneself for OCD at least once every 5
minutes. (Note:excessive use of over the counter OCD tests could also
be an indicator of
OCD)

But OCD is a serious disorder. In this case maybe the individual keeps
taking the cap off the toothpaste and putting it back on, they never
get to the brushing, or, fearing they can't stop brushing once they
start opt only to brush every other day.

One religon the ADA definitely does not practice is the religion of
science. Dentists who go against the grain (I.E. the ADA,also do not
post much on this list I have noticed). One thing they don't like to
mention is that a major source of gum inflammation is the Hg which
leaks out of "Silver fillings". So it really is their fault. You'll
never see that on a TV commerical with the attractive dental
spokeswoman wearing the microphone headset.

However, you yourself did say you suffered from OCD which was
interfering with your ability to brush. Hmmm, have you tried hooking
up an electric toothbrush to a timer which shuts off after 5 minutes?

What is even more amusing is dental hygenists and dentists who post
anyomously, don't identify themselves and pretend to express
derogatory "imparital random opinions from members of the public" to
defend their "buds" on this list. Are we, uuummmm in Kindergarten
here?

Apparently you should buy some of the mouthwash apparently advertised
in Seattle.
If your teeth are apparently riddled with cavities after using it, it
apparently doesn't work.
