I'm thinking of bying an intraoral camera which connects to PC via USB.
I was wondering... does this mean that I will be able to Import - for
example - to Adobe Photoshop "on the fly" (as I do when I use my scanner
or my webcam) or will I have to (1) capture and save and -then- (2) open
the image in Photoshop and (3) edit.

I hope I've made my question clear enough...

Thanks, everybody!

Costas.

I write this stuff. I t depends on the software.

You should be able to do either with halfway reasonable software.
Mine will also record full screen video - on the fly - as well.

Does your Photoshop have a TWAIN interface?

Is there a special MARK to tell you it is?

Yes it does. What does this mean? (I'm no expert as you can see!)

It refers to the two outlets on the back where NEVER the TWAIN shall
meet.

TWAIN software interfaces with the scanner. That is all you need to get the
camera or scanner to work with the software (in most cases).
