My name is Mahesa Suprobo. I am 17 years old (turning 18 next month)
and for no reason particular reason I have reached the conclusion that
I want to be a mathmatician. Last night I dreamt of it and now I want
to pursue it. I want to learn all there is to know and if anyone can
help me I would apreciate it.
How does one go about becoming a mathmatician? What type of college
courses, etc.
What are some good web sites that are posted on the topic?
Thank you.
Mahesa
I believe the Mathematical Association of America has some pages on
careers in mathematics and what to study for them on its web site...
