fyi, updated to George Moseley Murphy ODE test suite using Maple 2021.1 and Mathematica 12.3.1

A new report is available which gives the result of solving
the 2,313 differential equations from George Moseley Murphy's
1960 book in Mathematica 12.3.1 and Maple 2021.1.

The earlier version of the report used Mathematica 11
and Maple 2016.1

The new version now considers result by Maple's dsolve which
contains DESol or ODESolStruc as not solved, while the earlier
version only considered having DESol in the solution as not solved.

This explains why Maple result went down a little in this new version
compared to the earlier version.

In both versions, if Mathematica DSolve returned a result with DifferentialRoot
in it, it was also considered as not solved.

No changes in time out. 10 minutes to complete one problem which is probably
too much time, but I did not want to change it from what was used before.

Here is the result of passing percentage.

No check was made if result is correct or not. If CAS returns a solution,
it is assumed to be correct.
