FYI, new file added to CAS intergation tests. File #212, Table of integrals

FYI,

A new file (#212) is added to the summer 2022 edition of CAS integration tests:

These integrals I typed in manually from the book
Table of integrals, series and products, 7th edition by
Ryzhik and Gradshteyn. These cover most of the integrals
in the above book up to page 106 (chapter 2, section 3).

It is time consuming and I only have 163 integrals added so
far over 2 weeks time.

Will try to add more but very busy with other things
now so not sure if I will be adding more anytime soon.

This zip file contains the integrals in plain text
in each CAS format

All CAS systems did well on these. This is the result
of percentage solved
