If we ALL ignore the moron, perhaps he just might go away.

I know its tempting to make fun of him (I've done it myself), but it
only encourages him.

I've set the followup to /dev/null, so don't bother replying to this.
Just ignore him, and hope he goes away. Let him reply to his own posts,
then to his own replies.

I was amazed to see that this time around, we all *did* ignore him for
a long time, perhaps several weeks IIRC. Very impressive, I thought.
Counter to your conjecture, he did not go away though :-)
