Maybe I should have sent this one to the Monthly.
Let p and q be positive relatively prime odd integers. Show that the
triangle
( 0 , q/2 ) ( p/2, q/2 ) ( p/2, 0 )
has an even number of lattice points inside it.

Sorry Larry, I saw this problem four years ago, at least. I don't
remember the solution, but it was solved, as well.
