I would like to announce the La Jolla Covering Repository, a database
of (v,k,t)-covering designs for v<=32, k<=16, t<=8, and up to 5000
blocks. A covering design is a collection of k-subsets of a v-set,
such that every t-subset is contained in at least one k-set.

These coverings were contructed using the techniques in "New
Constructions for Covering Designs", by myself, Greg Kuperberg, and
Oren Patashnik. Not all of the bounds in that paper have been
matched, but most have, and some have been improved on.

The Repository is located at http://sdcc12.ucsd.edu/~xm3dg/cover.html.
It contains a postscript version of the above paper, tables of upper
and lower bounds, and a way to receive individual coverings by email.

Many researchers have contributed coverings already, and all further
improvements, as well as any comments and suggestions, are greatly
appreciated.
