Begin with the number 1. Multiply by a number starting with 1 and
ending with 0. Allow the sets to converge as per below. Their product
will always be plus or minus 1 to a prime.

I would like to preface any comments with the second number need begin
with "1" and be followed by "0(s)", for example 10, 100, or 1000.
